Christmas 2018 information
We will be dispatching orders every weekday through to Wednesday 19 December 2018. Orders received by 12:30pm Melbourne time will be dispatched the same day. Our recommendation for the latest date/time to order, based on the delivery address, is shown below. Please note that you should order earlier than this if at all possible. Australia Post problems do occur. We guarantee timely dispatch but the delivery is out of our control.

Our delivery pricing is simple. No matter how many items are in your order, we will charge the rate below for the whole order (these include GST).
NOTE: If you include anything from our Free Shipping section in your order delivery will be free Australia-wide!

As an online shopper, you not only want low prices and great products, you need low cost, reliable, fast delivery to your home or business. And that’s what you’ll get when you shop at Light Up Learning.
Delivery is by Australia Post. Delivery from Bendigo (about 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne) to your address will usually take between 1 and 6 working days from when you place your order, depending on where you live. Some remote areas may take a little longer.
When will your order be dispatched?
On any weekday except Thursday, orders placed before 12:30pm Melbourne time will be dispatched the same day (excludes Victorian public holidays). Thursday orders will be dispatched on Friday.
We can provide Express Post, but unless you are in Melbourne (in which case Express Post will be a $10.99 option in the checkout, once you enter your full address) we will need to quote for this option based on your order. The cost will be different depending on the weight and size or the parcel and your delivery location. Feel free to contact us with details of your order and we will quickly provide a quote.
We conform with Australia’s Post’s Collect@Post services, so you can use a PO Box, Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect delivery address if you have one.
We do not currently send orders to addresses outside of Australia, but if you are from outside of Australia you can place an order to be delivered to a relative or friend in Australia.
Is it in stock?
We monitor our stock levels carefully to ensure that all items available for purchase are in stock. In the very rare situation when an ordered item is out of stock, and stock is not immediately available to us, we will contact you within 24 hours and will offer you a full refund if you wish to cancel your order.
Incorrect address provided
Please note that if you provide us with the incorrect address and your order is sent back to us we will need to charge you our full Australia Post postage charge to resend (this may be higher than the original flat rate delivery fee you were charged).
